Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Sessions: Two (1.5 hour evening class x 2)
Dates: Tuesday, March 25 and Tuesday, April 1 from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
This two-part workshop workshop — suitable for beginners — introduces basic design principles for successful block print design. We will cover the Gestalt principles of design, designing for clean and crisp prints, and basic carving and printing techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to create several prints from their original linocut block. All tools and materials supplied for use during the workshop.
Workshops are held in-person in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada.
