Packaging

In order to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, Luce Ends may ship items in repurposed packaging materials. Every effort is made to ship items in a packaging that will protect the product form damage and from the elements. 

Shipping destinations

At this time, Luce Ends only sells and ships within Canada. We regret that we aren't able to serve customers in other countries and regions.

Local pickup

If you wish to arrange for curbside pickup but are not presented with this option at the time of purchase, please contact us directly at mluce@luceends.com to place your order and arrange for pickup.

Shipping timelines

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not operating with typical business hours. As such, your order may take 2-5 business days to be filled and shipped. If there will be a delay beyond this timeframe, we will contact you ahead of shipping to provide the opportunity to cancel your order should it be time sensitive. Orders that require shipping and are desired to arrive before Christmas should be placed by December 10th to ensure they arrive on time. Orders after that date will not be guaranteed for arrival on or before Christmas. Curbside pickup orders may be placed as late as December 22nd.
