Nature Journaling North Grenville

Nature photos and sketches

Cultivate your curiosity and creativity while connecting with your community

Nature Journaling North Grenville is a monthly workshop — for adults and families (kids are welcome). The objective of Nature Journaling NG is to encourage a deeper connection and vested interest in local green spaces through art, photographs, and nature observations. Workshops will have a monthly theme where we will discuss local ecology, emphasizing confidence building in species identification, creativity, and curiosity. Participation is free! Workshops run for approximately 75 – 90 minutes and will include a slide presentation, community knowledge sharing and discussion, access to field guides, and a take-home activity. Feel free to bring a pencil and paper or sketch book. Some extra supplies will be available.

Some events will include access to watercolour and drawing supplies (depending on our theme for that month).

Please email Meredith in advance to complete a participation waiver: mluce@luceends.com. Waivers will also be available on site at the event.
