Nature Journaling North Grenville
Cultivate your curiosity and creativity while connecting with your community
Nature Journaling North Grenville is a monthly walking workshop — for adults and families — held at various trails around North Grenville. The objective of Nature Journaling NG is to encourage a deeper connection and vested interest in local green spaces through art. Walks will include a mix of plein air art instruction (pencil, pen, watercolour) and discussion of trail ecology, emphasizing confidence building in creativity and curiosity. These free walks require advance registration to ensure sufficient materials for all in attendance (max. 15 per walk, excluding guardians of participating children). Walks will last a maximum of two hours. During the cold months (November through March), walks will be a maximum of one hour with the second hour taking place indoors at the Kemptville Campus greenhouse building.
