This evening of watercolour — suitable for beginner to intermediate — will introduce botanical illustration techniques using a combination of watercolour and pen work to build texture and volume. We will discuss how to achieve a variety of textures using different pen marks. We will also cover how to build value (dark vs light) by building up marks on paper rather than colouring in.
All tools and materials supplied for use during the workshop.
